In December 2024, Doppler’s Werkstatt started with a simple, personal search: finding a beanie that actually delivered on fit, warmth, and thermal regulation without compromise. Existing options on the market were either not fitting well under ear protection and helmets, poorly constructed, or plastered in loud external branding. The only real solution was to step up to my workbench and make one from scratch.
What began as a personal project to craft the ultimate cold-weather hat quickly grew as friends, outdoor enthusiasts, and workers began asking for their own. In June 2025, I officially formed Doppler’s Werkstatt in Delaware with a singular mission: build exceptional, purpose-driven gear and get great products directly into people's hands.
